Adjustable Ruffle Collar made with vintage fabric. Features a grosgrain ribbon tunnel with a tubular drawcord. Cord is a little stretchy & has plastic short cord-enders. 8” height & 52” drawcord.
This fabric is a tightly woven synthetic with some sheen. It makes swishy rustly fabric sounds, so it may not be ideal if that sound bothers you. (Think track pants or windbreakers)
